7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • Hosting illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Launching attacks on networks, servers, or other users
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund.

9. Resource Limits & Fair Use

  • Shared or VPS resources must not exceed allotted CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth usage.
  • Excessive resource consumption that negatively impacts other customers may result in service suspension or throttling.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

CheapVPSFrance.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services without notice for:

  • Violation of these Terms or the AUP
  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Fraudulent behavior or abuse
  • Legal requirements or governmental orders

Suspension/termination will not typically entitle you to refunds or credits.
